Bruton Solutions have launched a revamped Just Lodge Holidays and have switched over to using the Tribalogic Property Portfolio.

Just Lodge Holidays offers listings of a

"selection of self catering holiday lodges and log cabins to rent, in some of the most beautiful and often unique locations throughout the UK"

Admin Console: Enquiries export button

Admin Console users can now export their Enquires in Excel format.

The fields in the export are:

• Enquiry Ref [INT]
• Entry Ref [INT]
• Entry [TEXT]
• Website Ref [INT]
• Website [TEXT]
• Created [DATE]
• Customer [TEXT]
• Enquiry [TEXT]
• Email Address [TEXT]
• Preferred Contact [Email/Telephone]
• Website Can Contact? [YES/NO]
• Third Party Can Contact? [YES/NO]

Entry Enquiries

Our websites allow enquiry forms show on each Entry (e.g. property or supplier) page.  Users can fill in the form and send an Enquiry - this generates an email and is also saved in the Admin Console.

By default the Enquiry will be sent to the email address associated with the Entry.

So, what's new?

We can now configure your website (e.g. Property Portolio) so that Enquiries to a single email address and will only be seen by Website Managers.

• send all Enquiries to a single email (e.g. your support system)
• hide from Entry Managers (e.g. property managers)

This is great if you want to have all your Enquiries going to your team but still allow Entry Managers to log in and update content.

The fallback email address is still available so if an Entry does not have an email address set, the Enquiry can be sent to someone to deal with.

We have added a new Element in the Property Porfolio that allows you to specify that properties are "Great for... "

• Business
• Budget
• City
• Countryside
• Hen and stag
• Secluded
• Luxury
• Romantic

This is brilliant for filtering and listing properties in ways that your guests find easy to understand.

Tribalogic have built a mobile edition of Caravan Sitefinder for Haymarket Publishing.

Browsing Caravan Sitefinder on a mobile device will now show an interface designed specifically for small screens and have the added feature of being able to show you all the caravan and camp sites nearest to you.

The Queen in Edinburgh

I am here in Edinburgh as part of my University course to help out Tribalogic and gain some experience of working outside of France.

The Queen was is in Edinburgh today for the installation of Prince William, The Earl of Strathearn, as a Knight of the Thistle.

I went along to the Royal Mile near St. Giles Cathedral to take some pictures of The Queen and the parade down the Royal Mile.
