Prompt for payment

After a booking is made and the deposit payment has been taken:

  • an email is sent to customer X days in advance to prompt for payment
  • the customer is directed to a secure payment page
  • if a payment is made, the manager is informed by email

If the customer fails to make a payment, the manager is informed by email.
