Prompt for payment
After a booking is made and the deposit payment has been taken:
- an email is sent to customer X days in advance to prompt for payment
- the customer is directed to a secure payment page
- if a payment is made, the manager is informed by email
If the customer fails to make a payment, the manager is informed by email.
Log in to make a payment
The manager can also send their customer directly to the secure payment page to make a payment at any time:
