We are looking for an new member of the team, based from our office in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The main responsibilities will be in the working in HTML/CSS and providing friendly and rapid support on our public interfaces.
We are looking for...
- Enthusiasm
- we care about our work and are passionate about what we do
- HTML / CSS / JS
- take flat designs and implement them in HTML / CSS
- test and fix web pages in multiple browsers
- a good understanding of good practice HTML and what web standards are for
- use JavaScript (jQuery) to build fluid and dynamic interfaces
- Client support
- build up a knowledge of our interfaces
- happy to answer the phone
- assess client requests to solve or pass on as required
- have a passion for customer service and speed of response
Other skills that might come in handy:
- graphic design
- knowledge of setting up Joomla! and Drupal
- basic PHP
