Help and Support

It is always difficult learning how new systems work, so we offer a route to requesting help when you get stuck.

Included Support

Tribalogic provide free email support with the use of their Platform.

What does this cover?

  • assistance with the operation of any aspect of The Tribalogic Platform
  • quick response to issues with performance
  • updates on the progress of any bug fixes

Support emails will be responded to, at worst within three working days (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.)

In addition:

  • our support site is always available and contains additional tips and help material;
  • help is just a click away throughout out interfaces.

For the initial four weeks we will happily answer telephone calls from you or your team on the operation of our software.

Additional Support

£60 / month / person

A support agreement offering high level support whereby the customer may contact Tribalogic by phone at any time, and emails will be responded to within 1 working day, can also be purchased.

Under the support agreement, customer will be charged at £60 per month for a minimum of 12 months.

Benefits of additional support include:

  • Customer may contact Tribalogic by phone at any time during working hours
  • Tribalogic will respond to support emails within 1 working day

What is not included

  • Face to face training - if you would like face to face training then contact us and we can give you a quote, arranging a time and venue for your training.
  • Feature requests - we take on board your suggestions to improve our software but we cannot guarantee to respond to feature requests.
