Help and SupportIt is always difficult learning how new systems work, so we offer a route to requesting help when you get stuck. Included SupportTribalogic provide free email support with the use of their Platform. What does this cover?
Support emails will be responded to, at worst within three working days (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.) In addition:
For the initial four weeks we will happily answer telephone calls from you or your team on the operation of our software. Additional Support£60 / month / person A support agreement offering high level support whereby the customer may contact Tribalogic by phone at any time, and emails will be responded to within 1 working day, can also be purchased.
