Business Directory Support

It is always difficult learning how new systems work, so we offer a route to requesting help when you get stuck.

Tribalogic Business Directory Support

Default Support

After Purchase of the Business Directory, Tribalogic provides 2 hours of introductory training by phone, given in two 1 hour slots or one 2 hour slot. By default, we provide free email support for the rest of the term. Support emails will be responded to within 3 working days. (Working days are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.)

Additional Support Agreement

A support agreement offering high level support whereby the customer may contact Tribalogic by phone at any time, and emails will be responded to within 1 working day, can also be purchased.

Under the support agreement, customer will be charged at £60 per month for a minimum of 12 months.

Benefits of additional support include:

  • Customer may contact Tribalogic by phone at any time during working hours
  • Tribalogic will respond to support emails within 1 working day

What we provide as support (covers both default and additional support):

  • Give assistance with the operation Tribalogic Software
  • Respond quickly to issues with software performance
  • Give you updates on the progress of any bug fixes

What is not included

  • Face to face training- if you would like face to face training then contact us and we can give you a quote, arranging a time and venue for your training.
  • Feature requests - we take on board your suggestions to improve our software but we cannot guarantee to respond to feature requests.
